Replacement Policy
We do not accept returns or provide refunds. Only replacements are available.
You can request a replacement within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- You received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a replacement, contact us at skillupkids@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement.
Non-Replaceable Items
Some items cannot be replaced, including:
- Customized or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
